An experienced evaluator and organisational development consultant, Lesley is committed to working with people and organisations to strengthen their performance and impact to achieve purpose. Lesley works across community, health, aged care, and government sectors at both a systems and organisational level to support service improvement. As senior consultant with LDC Group Lesley regularly works with clients to develop leadership and management capability, review organisational performance, and evaluate and improve programs and services; tailoring her approach to the needs of the organisation and context within which they work.
Lesley believes creating collaborative and engaging spaces are critical to enabling people knowledge and understanding necessary for change. Lesley encourages people to draw on what they know, reflect on their practice, and use data and evidence to challenge the status quo. Curious and empathetic Lesley draws on her evaluation knowledge and expertise and management and policy experience to enable clients to identify what they need to do, make informed decisions, and take action.
