Kinsie is an experienced and dedicated development consultant – helping communities and organisations solve complex problems by drawing on over 35 years of experience in both the community, private and public sectors. She has significant knowledge and experience in stakeholder engagement, leadership, partnerships, and governmental relationships.
Kinsie is committed to working collaboratively with clients and has significant experience in working alongside stakeholders to develop and achieve sustainable outcomes. Kinsie is passionate about implementing projects that meet the needs of people with lived experience.
During her public sector career Kinsie held many leadership roles and managed the implementation of a range of developmental activities within the homelessness, family violence, disability and children and family services sectors.
Kinsie's early work in community development led to the successful growth of an innovative private company in New Zealand. She assisted organisations to increase their effectiveness in meeting both personal and business goals through communication, negotiation, conflict management and leadership. This included managing international contracts for the New Zealand government to provide training and consultancy to Indigenous groups and individuals across the Pacific on small business development and micro-enterprise, leadership, and business improvement.
Kinsie has an Executive Masters (Public Administration) and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science.
