Our team includes a core group of dedicated professionals who bring varied perspectives, skills and talents to their work. Members of our team have worked on over 150 consulting assignments. Their ideas, creativity, commitment and enthusiasm enrich every assignment undertaken by LDC Group. LDC Group is also about collaborating, exchanging ideas and building knowledge. How We Work

Each assignment undertaken by LDC Group has a dedicated leader who manages the project overall and provides direction for the project team. Liz Dimitriadis and Jill Lane provide this leadership on all LDC Group projects. We consider it is important for project leaders to have a thorough knowledge of the health and community sectors and to have had first hand experience in the delivery and management of services. Our project leaders have worked in and with government and health and community service organisations for over 25 years. They have worked as managers, case workers, therapists, community educators, volunteers and advocates. This experience provides a strong foundation for understanding the dimensions and sensitivities of each project and the potential perspectives of the respective stakeholders. Project leaders determine the combination of skills and knowledge required on each project and establish the project team which may include both members of our core team as well as associates or affiliates. Project leaders ensure the successful progress and completion of the respective project; and they support the project team to work cohesively within a learning environment.
