Grampians Self-Directed Approaches
During 2009 and 2010 LDC Group is supporting 12 disability organisations that have formed a network to transition to self-directed support delivery. The project includes a series of workshops, agency visits and the development of resource materials that will assist the organisations to develop systems, build knowledge and skills; and equip their organisations to provide self-directed support to people with a disability using their services.
