Communication Strategy and Self-Learning Work Book on Quality Framework for Victorian Disability Services for the Grampians Quality Support Network
Our team worked with 16 disability providers across the Grampians region to develop a communication strategy and self-learning workbook on the Quality Framework. the purpose of these initiatives was to communicate and build learning on the objectives and application of the Quality Framework within the organisations; and to inform service users and their families/carers.
