Data was collected through an electronic survey and consultations with CEOs and managers of 12 disability day service providers in the Hume region during 2011 and 2012 to identify how they were progressing with their implementation of self directed approaches; and any activities that may assist them to further their implementation of self directed support within their services and activities. A number of day service providers were assisted to develop an action plan to progress their delivery of self-directed support.
